Hello to anyone meeting me here.

I'm Carlos Montes, founder and owner of Muntz Window Cleaning LLC.

I started Muntz with basically nothing — a borrowed bucket, borrowed dish soap, and nothing more than the enthusiasm to knock on doors and connect with people. I still keep the process simple and personal. The only thing that's really changed is my ability to clean a window.

My goal is to bring something unique to the window cleaning industry: an experience that feels luxurious. Don't get me wrong — we're still developing, improving, and refining that vision every day. But if you're here now, you're part of that journey.

Something I take pride in is memorizing every customer's name and their individual needs. People ask me how I do it — or why I even bother. If Muntz had one motto, it would be:

"Love the customers first, and they'll love you back."

To this day, I can still name every single customer I've worked with since entering this industry, and it has never felt like a chore. Building genuine relationships is my favorite part of what I do.

With that being said, I look forward to meeting you and doing whatever it takes to give you an unforgettable experience — and beautifully clean windows you'll remember every time you look outside.
